Island of Corfu Greece Liapades Bay VILLA LIMNILocated on the northwest coast of the Greek island of Corfu, in the Bay of Liapades, on the seafront across Liapades Bay from Paleocastritsa. The villa is surrounded by ample and beautiful terraces and many olive trees in a secluded area of lovely privacy, peace, and harmony. The sea in front of the villa is the cleanest you will ever find. It is almost like a "pool" since it is not very deep (maximum 10m) and the seabed consists primarily of white and black volcanic rock (hardly any vegetation) which allows one to see the interesting seabed rock formations. There is also a jetty/dock in front of the villa as well as a natural small boat harbor. The villa is a twenty minute drive from Corfu Town, the airport, and Corfu port. Corfu is located in the Ionian Sea and is easily accessible by air and by ferryboat. It is an half hours flight from Athens and an 1 1/2 hours flight from Milan. Ferry boats depart from the Italian ports of Venice, Ancona and Brindisi.
Villa Limni The 10 room, 6 bedroom (sleeps twelve persons comfortably), four bath split-level villa comes fully furnished with plush white leather down sofas (Poltrona Frau) in the living room and all bedrooms have beds, nightstands, and built-in closets. 50cm external walls keep the interior cool in the daytime and allow for restful sleep at night as well as for a daytime siesta. The dining room has a hand made table which seats twelve. The dining room and living room have high cathedral ceilings. There are also antique casallas which adorn various corners of the villa. All bedrooms have an ocean view and each has its own exit to a terrace and garden. The area of the villa is approximately 300 m2 which is distributed among three floors and total land area is 6,416 m2 (2300 + 4116). First floor:
